Dr.\u00a0Li Qin is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of Governance and Policy Science, CUHK. She received her PhD in Government and Public Administration from CUHK in 2025. Her research interests focus on comparative politics, Chinese politics, public policy, and local governance. Her dissertation investigates the political economy of resource rents redistribution in China.<\/p>\n
