We are delighted to welcome Professor Gunter Schubert back to CUHK! On 9 October 2024, Professor Schubert presented his research on semiconductors and global industrial chains, “Geopolitics, Semiconductors, and China’s Quest for High-Tech Autonomy,” to faculty and students at the School of Government and Policy Sciences at CUHK.

The event, followed by an Admission Q&A Session for MSSc in Government and Politics (Greater China) and MSSc in Public Policy, drew approximately 90 participants who attended either in person or online. Please enjoy the event photos and Q&A session video below.
