MSSc in Public Policy (MPUP)
Practical Application
In bringing theory into practice, the Programme regularly invites top policymakers for face-to-face dialogue with students. Participants benefit by the inspiring sharing of experience and views, as well as the valuable opportunities of interaction permitted by the relatively small group size of participants.

The Programme organizes visits to public organizations and policy institutions like Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), Legislative Council (LegCo), etc., to enhance students’ understanding of their role, management and operation. Such visits are usually enriched by interactions with and sharing by senior staff. As a highlight of the LegCo visit, a serving LegCo member would be invited for in-depth discussion on the practical concerns and challenges about policy formation and implementation.
